I have never had a more pleasant dental experience in my 37 years of life. I have had a fear of going and I have extreme issues. I did not feel judged and I felt like I was the only patient around. It was just beyond superb and excellent. The office manager greeted me right off the bat and she knew my name!! I have never been in the place. I'm looking forward to getting better. And this is just unbelievable all around. I have never been more appreciative in terms of being important to the Dr. anywhere. There's just not a lot of healthcare providers around like this anymore. This practice is exceptional in every way. You experience this service from the moment you walk in the door, greeting you by name as you enter and leave the office. The staff function seamlessly, allowing you to relax knowing everything is being taken care of. The staff are perfectionists in their knowledge, masters of their work, friendly and kind. The Doctors are experienced masters of their profession which they perform with perfection. They have medical knowledge and understanding of the human body and how vitally important the mouth is to our bodies. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Lauren Ashburn, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was friendly and welcoming, which immediately relieved any anxiety I had about the procedure. Dr. Ashburn and her assistant, Haley, took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. Ashburn was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring, and Haley was excellent—skilled, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Having worked in the dental field for more than 50 years, one thing that particularly impressed me was learning that every member of the staff is licensed, from the front desk team to the clinical staff in the back. Very caring and concerned about my dental health. I called Dr. Holm with a dental emergency when I was out of town for a wedding in a rural community with no dentist. She walked me through what to do and even called me back later to check on me! High tech office, with a personal relationship - feel like the staff knows me and my treatment.
